You guys don't listen, and that's the problem! Communication is critical, but you need help getting it somewhere. It's been six months since Sky River Casino opened up, but why are we still dealing with the BASIC stuff that makes most people hate their job? Still, on the other hand, why it's so hard for the higher management to accommodate basic needs (consistent schedules, affordable benefits, more training for the staff, etc.)? Most of you opened up other properties before and got 10+ years of experience. I understand it's a new casino, and we are just opened up. We want to be sure that we made a good decision coming from our old casinos and risking everything. It brought in 21 million in management fees in the fourth quarter of 2022. The schedule is all over the place every week, and the guy who does the schedule doesn't care! Goodluck getting that PTO. Sky River Casino has proven to be a big winner for the Wilton Rancheria Tribe. The benefits could be better and more affordable. So many unprofessional, selfish people in one place = a total disaster.
